5 Behaviors That Great Leaders Avoid

In order to be a great leader, you don’t have to do everything perfectly. In fact, there are a few behaviors that you should avoid if you want to be an effective leader. Here are five of them:

1. Micromanaging: This can be extremely frustrating for your employees and can actually hinder their productivity.

2. Being a control freak: Trying to control everything will only lead to stress and resentment.

3. Not delegating: Delegating tasks is an important way to show trust in your employees.

4. Avoiding conflict: Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It can actually be used as an opportunity to learn and grow.

5. Being too nice: There’s nothing wrong with being kind and compassionate, but you also need to be able to stand up for yourself and your team.
